Janelle Foskett

Janelle Foskett is the editor-in-chief of FireRescue1 and FireChief, media outlets operated by Lexipol with the purpose of delivering fire service-specific news to first responders across the nation. Ms. Foskett is responsible for drafting original editorial content, tracking industry trends, managing contributions from experts, and spearheading special coverage efforts. Ms. Foskett joined Lexipol in 2019 and has over 15 years of prior journalism experience in fire service media publishing. She received her BA in Journalism from California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo and is Certified in Technical Communication from the University of California, San Diego.
